I really appreciate the assistance that I got when my keys were locked in my car. Very friendly and professional and it did not take long for him to drive out to me. I highly recommend Bill's Lock and Key for anyone with a similar issue.

I had a spare key that was made at Walmart, they told me I didn’t need a chip in the key. Well today I lost my keys at Walmart and my husband brought me the spare key and it wouldn’t work because it needed the chip in it. Calls Bills lock and key and Bill was amazing and pretty decently priced. He came to me, cut me a new key and programmed it for me. Fast, friendly, reliable! Did a great job and quick! Thank you!

Bill was very polite and ready to help me. I got a same day appointment to get two key fobs cut and programmed. He got it all done in a short time. There are not many small businesses like this with the excellent customer service and quality of work. Hardin county is lucky to have him here. I think he handles all locksmith needs to include 24 hour lock out service. I would highly recommend.

Great service!  Came when they said they would. It was sub freezing temps and job took about an hour. Insurance Co found three quotes and Bills was by far the best deal.
