Totally a SCAM PEOPLE. If you want to pay $500 for smiles GO AHEAD and call this people. As a developer this is a new way to SCAM people in their own faces with smiles and kindness. They are using google to reach for people who search for plumbing. As soon as they find who you are they call you right away, get your info and come to your house very quick. After they are so kind from the beginning. I had a tiny leak that if I fix it myself it would it cost me $4 dollars and 75 cents . They will charge almost $700 BUT they will take $200 for opening a hole on your wall and show you the leak. So I am just in Shock looking at all of the reviews and how the new system works. Good Luck to all of those google searchers!!!! 
Please do me a favor and put that money in your own pocket and don't give it to this people.

The service man, the quality, care and concern was excellent. Polite and great communication skills.  Just feel the price was a bit higher than necessary.   $438.80 to put an outside spicket nozzle on and to put a new water hose on my fridge.  Parts were probably about $20.00 all together, which meant that $418.80 was for an hour work.

Arthur was dedicated to the job from start to finish and even when things got challenging. Appreciate his professionalism and helpful tips on keeping our drains clean and maintained for longer use. Thanks Roto-rooter. Hopefully, I won't need you anytime soon, yet if something does happen to our plumbing you'll be the first on our list.

We experienced both toilets not draining. We called and they came out within 2 hours as promised. Due to a terrible storm we lost power just as the technician arrived. They apologized but they could not unclog the main line without power. As soon as we got back power we called them and they came back out within 30 minutes. The technician Myzafer Muka tech #791 was extremely courteous and worked diligently in the pouring rain. We cannot thank you enough for all of your help! I would strongly recommend this company because of the technician.

The technician that came out was very nice and left the work space clean when he left. Although I was not expecting the service of having my main drain snaked to cost $320...I am very happy with the service and the thoroughness of the work. However, as with any service you typically get what you pay for and this was top notch. Lastly, they scheduled to come out after i was out of work (5-9 PM) for no additional fee, so that was very nice.
