We started with the fried green tomatoes! Delicious with a spicy kick we loved. I never have liked grits until I ate them here with the roasted chicken- seriously amazing. My husband had the seared duck which he said was done perfectly as well as his greens. The dessert was average could use more flare to stand up along side the rest of the meal. Overall nice atmosphere, we were recommended to come here and really enjoyed it , the dress is casual I believe there where some people wearing suits and others in hats, jeans and flops.

Great atmosphere and super helpful staff! The menu is brief in a fun refreshing way. Bird's take on soul food is elegant without sacrificing flavor or soul :) I had fried chicks. and waffles with chili sprinkled watermelon and it was define.  There are a ton of unique drink options for booze and non booze drinkers. I had a sarsaparilla soda that was delicious :)

Absolutely fantastic. I've been here twice for lunch and it has been great both times, if a bit on the pricey side. I'm eager for them to start doing brunch.

Awesome food and atmosphere. Shrimp and grits, deviled eggs, and short rib are my favorites so far. Also a great whiskey selection. That 1 star rating is BS; I'd like to see what he thinks of Taco Bell. Learn how a rating system works for crying out loud! Check out his reviews, almost all 1 star. He's just an angry person.

We had a delightful dinner tonight at the Bird.  I was somewhat concerned prior to going based on some of the reviews; however, we didn’t experience anything negative.  The wait staff were attentive to our needs; the food was cooked perfectly.  The only downside there is no noise dampening, so it can be loud.  Regardless, we will return!
