We were craving chicken for a late-night snack after Friday's baseball game, so we delivered it and ate it. It got a little soggy after delivery, but other than that, it was delicious. Especially the main sauce was really my style.Food: 4/5

This was a great chicken sandwich, juicy on the inside with a crunchy exterior that you would expect from a good piece of fried chicken.  Mine was smother in pimento cheese with many options for additional customization.  This place is inside Whole Foods so you are eating at a counter/table just off the grocery store.  There are also tables for outside dining when the weather cooperates.  They carry their own brand of carbonated beverages so don't expect brand name colas.  But I did enjoy the flavor of diet cola they had on tap all beverages are self serve from a soda fountain.  Would visit again when I am in the area.

Absolutely love this restaurant. Their dedication to fresh food every time is such a lovely thing. Polo and Felipe in the morning are the most delightful creatures and the staff in general are just welcoming and hospitable.  Love their weekday happy hour! $2 off all Taps from 2:00 to 6!! What?!?!?!  Write off the train line and a great spot to stop to enjoy city life. Also love their patio great for people watching.  Vegetarian options: The Meati is great!!  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free nuggies. Separate vat for gf fries and tots  you have to tell them! Vegan patty - Meati- so good!  Parking: Free 2 hour validation in The whole foods parking lot with your meal!  Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and shakes.

Average for sure.  Pricy too.  It's a fun experience, but Popeyes breasts out in flavor and price unfortunately, so I don't feel okay giving many starts.  The food feels like it's of good quality, but it's kind of like the cooking techniques actually hold it back.  Chicken was dry for the most part - on both the sandwich and the tendies.  Fantastic tator tots tho

Please stop pre making your breakfast burritos. They used to be made to order and now they are clearly pre made and the quality has made these horrible .

The restaurant/stall is located within a Whole Foods grocery store, which made it a little difficult to find and pretty crowded. You can order the food on a tablet, wait for the number to show up on a screen, and then pick up your food from a little cubby near the front counter. The chicken sandwiches were great, and surprisingly the salad was also delicous! The spicy Nashville chicken can actually get really spicy which I really enjoyed.

Used to be absolutely amazing, my favorite place to come get breakfast burritos but I will never be back the staff there is rude and the burritos are terrible now. Sad, truly. Whoever is training the kitchen staff needs to be retrained. Lost a loyal customer.

Incredible gluten free nuggets! The bird call sauce is great too. The kid’s meal is a really affordable price and good portion too. Overall cute hidden spot. You can sit outside and get drinks too.  Dietary restrictions: Gluten free nuggets, dedicated fryer, gluten free fries and sauces

Normally places like this are all hype in my experience.  Usually a big let down.  Not this place.  Best chicken sandwich ever.  Only took about 5 minutes too.  Incredible.Food: 5/5

I’ve been a Birdcall fan ever since the original store in Five Points and would order from there several times a month. The food is prepared so fast at all the locations and the screens are helpful to see how much longer your food will be. Something in the past year with the fries is different though and it’s made me not order as often, even though I’m obsessed with the sandwiches. Just ordered yesterday and the fries are completely different…like battered fries and I’m OBSESSED! Please don’t change a thing about the fries everrrrrrr again!!!! One tiny favor, please stop automatically putting ketchup in the bags. Your amazing fries don’t need it and it’s a huge waste for people like me that don’t use it. LOOOVE LOVE LOVE BIRDCALL!
