The lady making the sandwiches was very kind but she messed up my order even after I repeated it 3 times. The kitchen was an absolute mess and so was the the dining room. The cashier also had mayo on his face. Sandwich wasn't bad and this place has potential.Food: 3/5
I walked in to this place for the first time the lady name Lisa was like awesome. Go grab a sandwich and tell me if she didn't make you feel like family. Anyways guys it was just great. Food, service, my fanta haha.
The employees took 20 minutes to make 2 sandwiches and they came out an absolute mess. I asked for avocado and my sandwich didn’t have it. Don’t know why it took so long because literally no one was there
This place is fire. Definitely a go to for ya boi. Get‍ u some. I get the steak house beef, with horse radish sauce.. plus they also have some dope shakes...I mean all around this place is great...so get the goodness or end up with "FOMO" Hahahahaha, #topnotchbetoFood: 5/5
Good sandwiches and a nice staff. However, I wouldn't bother ordering ahead. Seems that you'll get your sandwich faster if you just go there. There were several people in line who got their order first even though I arrived on time and they arrived after me.
Everything is good staff is nice all great but like the Mac and cheese is the worst thing. Pls don’t order it. It looks so delicious on website but the photo is a lie it is actually horrible. I’m just trying to be nice and worn ppl about it.
Waited 45 min for a pickup order. The worst part was seeing many orders that were scheduled for pick up AFTER mine get their food before me. Could have waited in line 4 times over and still received my food faster than ordering/paying ahead. What a waste of my lunch hour.
Went here for lunch. The staff moved through the line with great ease. Very professional employees. My sandwich was made to perfection. I got Turkey on white. All ingredients were fresh. Love that they toast your sandwich. I also got the sugar cookie. It was AMAZING! So glad to be near a Potbelly again. Will be coming back soon!
Came to get a quick snack, wouldn't let my 5YO use the restroom.
Ordered on active menus. Three ordering process was easy enough but the food wasn't ready to pick up when I arrived 20 min later. May have been easier just to order at restaurant instead of in advance
