The food was delicious! We ordered the Vegetable samosa - standard samosa, tasted good Chicken 65 - delicious, crispy and flavorful Cheese naan - really delicious, the cheese was soft and gooey Lamb and chicken Briyanis- it was pretty good, unfortunately not the best dish contrary to the name, but still decent Butter chicken - delicious, creamy and flavorful Egg curry - the worse dish of all, flat and lacked flavor and pricey for a bowl of curry sauce and a couple of boiled eggs Vegetable Manchurian - the Manchurian sauce was delicious but the vegetable fritter isn’t that great.
The chef has a heart of gold. The food he makes is extremely tasty. He made us a lemon sherbet which tasted so heavenly during the hot day. We will forever remember how he fed us fish fry, chicken and mutton biryani and chicken 65 even though we arrived so close to the closing time just because we said we were tired and hungry.
Great spices and flavors from all over India. The pepper chicken fry and biryani are delicious. Get the Kerela parotha as well. Lots of choices for everyone. Service is slow and disorganized.

I was craving for biryani and this place has a pure taste of biryani. I have tried chicken 65 biryani and loved it. It has 90% taste like I used to have in Delhi, India. Don’t forget to get raita and salan with the biryani. Would love to come back and try more biryanis
They’ve renewed, rebranded this shop very recently. Cooks are making authentic South Indian dishes very good. Especially the briyani of thalappakkatti style is as good as we get in authentic restaurants in India. They’ve other entrees in both vegetarian, non vegetarian as well. If you want to try traditional Indian Beers with proper side dishes, this is the goto place in SD.
Recently ordered a chicken briyani with chettinad chicken curry.. dey.. yennada panni vachirukeenga.. just boiled rice with some turmeric powder on it. This is taken over by Chups and thalapakatti mutton briyani used to be good. But with last few visits, it's just the worst of worst experiences.. don;t step in there if you want to taste some decent food.
The taste and quality of food has gone worse. The Bezawada briyani was my favorite but now it's some flavored rice with chicken dry gravy on top.
Ordered a thalapakatti goat biryani. The pieces were large in size and chewy. They had a raw smell. Bad quality goat meat used I think.
