I went to this store to obtain a pair of birkenstock sandals that were ergonomically correct for my body because I am an over-pronator and need to be mindful of my footwear. I called first for verication purposes regarding the item I had interest in, which happened to be the Birkenstock Milano shoe. They indeed did have that model available and I then proceeded to the store location. After arriving I asked for the staff member I spoken to previously on the telephone and was subsequently acknowledged and told that I would be helped promply, which did happen. My experience was troublefree from sizing to purchase. They provide a limited number of shoe related repairs as well. If they do not have what your looking for they can order from another one of their stores and have the item delivered in a reasonable time frame. They also have a fair selection of other footwear for men, women and children.

Great selection and staff very helpful and knowledgeable If you can't find a style you want they really try to help locate.
