What a great experience! My 13 year old wanted a pair of Birks and I could have easily bought them online but so happy I didn't! The personalized service was outstanding. I had forgotten what really helpful customer service was like, happy my daughter was able to see it as well. Excellent store, I will definitely be back.

Really solid and friendly customer service. Prices are exactly the same as the birks website so you may as well come in and get a proper fitting!
