Santa Rosa Shoes is the oldest & largest comfort shoe headquarters for both men & women in Sonoma County. Proudly serving Sonoma County & surrounding counties since 1956. We specialize in medium, wide, extra wide footwear & large sizes. Stop in & experience old-fashioned service today.
We have a great selection of safety vests, rainsuits, rainboots, pacboots, overshoes, slippers, insoles, arch supports, socks, compression & diabetic socks, shoe shine boxes, boot dryers & scrubbers the best variety of laces & we stock these items all year long. Gift cards available too!

Our hours are Monday thru Saturday 9 to 6 & closed Sunday. Santa Rosa Shoes is located across from Staples at 2255 Cleveland Avenue.

Don't listen to the negative reviews put on here by some.  These people are fantastic.  Always helpful and courteous, they go out of there way to make my shoe buying experience a positive one.  I've been going to this store for many years now and will be going again today, and you know why?  Because there going to have what I need and they will make my experience pleasant.

Great service and reasonable return policy.  The building may look new, but this is an old fashioned shoe store with salespersons that actually measure your feet (if needed).  I have shopped here (and at the previous location) ever since the 60's because of the quality products and wonderful service.

Passing through town sat down for a moment to google some directions and dude comes up being aggressive and very rude thinking because he has a piece of paper he owns land stolen from natives to begin with. Don't spend your money on rude people.

Picked up some boots, wore them for a week and they didn't stretch, brought them in to be stretched, they over stretched them and then refused to exchange them because they had been previously worn.....by them...now I have boots that don't fit. Worst customer service, janky return policy. They lied about how long I had to return or exchange the boots and came up with a bs technical reason not to exchange them. Never buying from them again. Never referring them either.
