Wing don't stop ! More like it this place was bad from customer service to cleanliness o should have read the reviews everyone seems the have the same bad experience, plus the food is not near worth the long wait!! Dry wings and very badly packed to go. Right of the bat I walked in no greeting not even a question of what can I get for you the cashier just stood there starring at me until I awkwardly began ordering it was too weird, no ice in the soda machine, the condiment section was a mess as well just gross! Never coming back

Hailey should probably quit her job if she’s that irritated to help a customer order. Super short with everything and will rudley interupt you as you’re trying to ask a question or try to “pre-answer” a question she assumes you’re trying to ask. As an added bonus: DO NOT ASK FOR EXTRA RANCH AT THE END OF THE ORDER, she will sigh & sulk because she has to add it after she asks “is that it” after EVERY thing you order. As I’m typing this, she just restocked the straws & slammed it against the table/wall lmao. She loves it here lol

You can dig your grave, die, resuscitate and your order won’t be ready. I’ve ordered through the phone taken 30 minutes waited because “my order wasn’t ready” then find out my order had been sitting there so my fries were all cold. The taste is good but who got time! They really need to work on that speed because ordering an hour ahead is not an option.

Really a good place. The 2 young men working we're very professional and courteous! And the food was cooked just right as well as a clean environment. Really impressed! In these days and times customer service has went down hill. But had a good experience. Thanks!!😊

Well I'm surprised to see good reviews about this place, it looks like is their relatives or people they know that gave a good review, not exaggerated but good. The managers look unprofessional, and they dont even care about their customers even tho they paid for their salaries. Employees are disrespectful and dont know anything about customer service. The food is good but it takes about an hour for them to cook wings even when its not busy. I remember a few years ago this place had fast n good workers, her manager was nice n the employees tried hard to deliver a great customer service, food took about 20 min max when it was hella busy, and I'm talking when the restaurant was full and had people in line waiting to order. Now you have to wait about 1 hour. I stopped going to that place due to their employees. DONT GO THERE. GO TO THE ONE ON CITY HEIGHTS.!!!
