For the first time I’m writing a review before even trying the food. The past 15 minutes have been the cook flirting with the female server, swearing every other word. Meanwhile, he is wiping his nose, scratching his arms and then cooking, with no hand-washing being done. The guy looks dirty as is, take some damn pride in yourself and where you work! I’ll never be back. Hopefully my salad doesn’t have skin flakes or snot in it. $12 for this salad by the way, I honestly thought the box was empty when I received it.

The experience i had last night here, was a disappointment.. they have a great foundation and structure with the outside seating, "treehouse deck area", exposed bar, and live music; but they simply can not get it together.

I was one amongst 9 customers, there were at least 5 employees (all males) present and the average drink time seemed to be approximately 15 minutes per drink. Don't get me wrong, they were made fresh from scratch, but the guy making the drinks was not familiar with how to make what we had ordered. He repeatedly made a drink and shortly after would pour it out and start over..

The person accompanying me, didn't even receive their drink until another 20 minutes after I did. 
A pair of customers was even looking at us with concern about their wait time and it simply being so disfunctional. 

The artist they had doing live music, was fantastic! I would consider revisiting to give Bite another shot, but only if the same staff members are not present.

Worst Service I've seen.  My First and Last visit.
I went to La Cantera to listen to the Jazz music. I stopped by Bistro for food and a drink. I ordered a hamburger, One Hour and 10 Minutes Later the FOOD NEVER CAME.   
The waitress said they got a little backed up because of the Jazz Crowd.  No Excuse! Just Bad Service.

I met my boyfriend for dinner here on a Friday night.  I arrived first, and attempted to save a couple of bar seats for us, as all the other ten or so tables were full, and one was taken while I was asking the bartender for a menu. When he did arrive, he volunteered to stand until something opened up. In the meantime, we both ordered a sandwich, shared a side of fries, and had a couple of drinks apiece. The food was great,  the live music was on point but the exceedingly inebriated customer hanging out front and center of the bar was a nuisance. He interrupted conversations, was obviously way past gone but still managed to keep a drink in his hand. We got the bill and got ready to leave... $70 for my boyfriend to stand the whole time and for both of us to have to keep one eye on the weirdo. I tipped the musician but I'll think twice about coming back just based on the lack of seating.

 Very friendly staff , our waitress Alicia was overall super awesome. Food  was so delicious!!!  Had the street corn with some super awesome toppings🤙🏾 Truffle fries had a unique taste that actually taste really good(ate with no ketchup)🤙🏾. Had to try the chick guac sandwich and the shrimp burger(delicious!!!!!). Also My Bloody mary drink was so good🏄🏾. We even got to watch some(six flags fiesta Texas) fireworks go off after we ate. Perfect location area🍀🍀🍀
