My family and I have been coming to MJ China Bistro for several years now and have enjoyed their food and service. However, in the past 2 years there has been a shift where not all items are brought to the table and are "forgotten" about and they always apologize and either comp that meal or give an egg roll in the meantime. We understand, not everything is always going to be perfect, but it was happening more frequently. Today is Mother's Day and we had a pathetic server by the name of Luis who was inconsiderate and did not even offer my father any water until he asked for some. Then while everyone was finishing their food, my father's food had still not come out and when he inquired about it to Luis he just stated that it must have been overlooked and they could make it in 3-4 minutes. Nobody wants food that is rushed so my father declined and told him to cancel his order. The infuriating part comes when my father brought it up to his attention to how poor his service was (down to the drinks not being refilled) he responded with a "thanks" instead of even attempting to apologize. When we left the restaurant by dad then asked the server with the blond ponytail what our servers name was and instead of answering him, he simply told him it would be on the back of his receipt. This is such a gross form of disrespect and I'm honestly shocked considering we have all held this place dear to us for so many years. We all understand that people are human and mistakes are made or it may be busy and servers get behind, but this was just despicable service all the way around and I cannot tolerate that towards myself or especially my family. I wish them the best and that they are able to remove Luis from further poisoning their business.

The food here is amazing. Hubby got sesame chicken & I got the triple deluxe which came w/chicken, shrimp,beef,broccoli,mushrooms, carrots mixed in a soy sauce. Went here for a fam party and loved it. Party room was very nice. Private bathroom. Def coming back.

Great place for lunch or dinner. Food is fresh and delicious. Chicken is white meat and beef is lean. Healthy and traditional dishes but MJ rice is an exceptional choice to plain rice. Co-workers and I can't get enough of this place!

Wow! I was impressed by the quality of food for the price. The food came out right away. Service was quick and friendly. They had lots of seating. Lights were dim for a more private feel. It was clean and nice inside. Lunch specials and sushi bar.

I love the happy hour. The sushi is always fresh. Staff is friendly. Relaxing atmosphere.
