ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service and poor quality flowers. Our anniversary was June 16, AND we're just now (maybe) getting a refund, a month later! The first arrangement was beautiful, but started wilting within 24 hours, even though it was watered. I called immediately and they said they would refund/replace it. I ordered the replacement when I got back from vacation. I wanted my anniversary flowers, I didn't care for my money back. When I received the arrangement, it was NOT THE SAME! It looked more like a 'get well'   or 'secretary's day' arrangement. I was disappointed and called them immediately. At this point I just wanted our money back. Apparantly they don't take customer service seriously to deliver this type of arrangement as a replacement. I even offered to take the flowers back to the store!
They said they'd give a refund but the owner was out of town and she'd be back the very next Monday  (this was Friday), but they would need the card physically to process the return. My husband is military and he's deployed, so there's NO way to bring the card in to their store. Besides that, the order was taken over the phone and the refund should be processed the same way. 

Well, TWO weeks later (after my husband repeatedly called and left messages) they call back and offer a partial refund only! WHAT?!? The owner got nasty! Called me a liar and proceeded to insult me!!! WHAT?!? At this point, I told them I was promised a full refund and had no problem going through my bank for the refund. Boy, she came unglued and said in a catty tone 'are you going to give me your card number or what? I'll issue a refund since I know what type of person you are." Y'all! This is customer-no-service at its finest! I couldn't believe it! I definitely spoke my mind, maturely, at that point. STAY AWAY!!! If she treated me like I don't matter, then she's surely done it to someone else.

BJs does a thoughtful job supplying your flower needs. Very helpful and kind at a difficult moment.

I live in Michigan, and wanted flowers to be sent to my mom, who lives in Belton. First I checked the website to see what they had available, and found something I liked. When I called, the person I spoke to let me know that what I wanted was not available, but listed everything else available. I am not familiar with a lot of flowers, so she let me put her on speaker phone while she spelled the names of all the available flowers so I could google each one of them to see which ones I liked. To me, this person went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with what I chose. My mom was super happy when she got the delivery, and she sent me a picture, and it was gorgeous, just like I had hoped. Very happy with my experience with this flower shop.

I live in Houston, and ordered an Easter arrangement, using their very easy to use website, to be sent to family in Belton.  The flowers arrived perfectly and were absolutely LOVELY!  Gorgeous, fresh, lush, colorful, artistic arrangement.  Wonderful florist!

I use BJ'S for all my flower needs. Mostly to impress my gorgeous Latin wife. I have never received anything less than great service. I think the prices seem fair, as well.
