The customer service of the owner of the Cedar Park Florist was unparalleled. I just randomly walked into the store looking for flowers for my son's 3rd wedding anniversary. I don't know much about flowers, she made me one of the most beautiful bouquet. When she heard that while traveling my wife had an accident and we were stuck in Austin, she was very emotional, she was so kind that she sent her a small bouquet and wished her well. She is very personable and good hearted. I highly recommend Cedar Park Florist. You can not go wrong with such a caring person. The arrangement was adored by everyone, it was uniquely designed with fresh good quality flowers. Thank you for the quality and service.
Absolutely in love with this place and the two sisters who worked there. They were absolutely awesome, kind, and amazing to work with. I will now only do business with them… nowhere else! I did not have an order, however they made it for me right on the spot. Not only were they very fast and efficient, the arrangement was absolutely beautiful. AND they treated my daughter so kind and gave her a beautiful rose and vase for free . RUN don’t walk, to this florist shop!
These women are SO incredibly vibrant! of course, their floral arrangements are GORGEOUS, but I had flowers delivered to me and their smile presenting me my flowers was almost more memorable than the flowers themselves! They are kind, provide wonderful service, and you can FEEL the love they put behind their work. I could not recommend anyone else for all of your florist needs! FIVE STARS!
I ordered an arrangement long distance for my daughter for her "first day of school" as a LSSP intern. I worked with Lauren, which was a wonderful experience. The bouquet contained my daughter's favorite flower, as well as colors that matched exactly what I had described. They were delivered promptly and had an adorable name card. My daughter said, "These are the most beautiful flowers I've ever gotten". Thank you, Lauren!
Placed an order on their website and chose $75 deal for delivery. Website was easy to navigate. The delivery fee in the cart came out to be $20 which is different from their website description. Their delivery policy describes a $12 delivery fee. The credit card processing fee is 4%. The recipient was 1 mile away from flower shop but the size of the bouquet was substantial which made the recipient very happy. Their happiness is all that really matters.
I highly recommend Cedar Park Florist. I had surgery and my mother, who lives out of state, called several local florist. Cedar Park Florist talked with her and gave her the time she needed to make the purchase over the phone. I understand we can do most things online, but human communication can’t be replaced always! The arrangement is huge and each day something new opens up. Thank you for this beauty and your customer service.
Excellent Florist! I live in Nevada and my daughter is in Cedar Park. I placed an order for flowers for her birthday and they were just beautiful. My daughter was so pleased. They were delivered THE SAME DAY. I got a call not an automatic email from the person who delivered them to let me know she had left them on the porch. My daughter also got a call so she was able to get them indoors right away. That is great service. If I'm sending flowers in Cedar Park, I will be using this shop. Well done!

Y'ALL. Lauren did the flowers for my wedding and they. Were. AMAZING. I had a very loose but simultaneously incredibly picky idea of what I wanted, and somehow she managed to hit the nail right on the head. Just gorgeous! The colors were amazing and the types of flowers were all just what I envisioned. What a gift Lauren has. Plus they stayed looking wonderful for DAYS, damn near a couple weeks for some of them. Highly recommend!!
Lauren and her sister are so wonderful and genuine!! I went in to get some flowers for my and my boyfriend’s anniversary today and they were SO awesome and helpful, and it was evident right away that they really care about their customers and making sure they get it right. I’m super happy with my bouquet and I definitely plan on returning in the future!
