LET ME START OFF WITH BJS IS A NICE STORE THEY ACCEPT MANUFACTURER COUPONS AND HAVE THEIR OWN. OK GREAT. I ORDER A CAKE FROM THE BAKERY I PICKED UP TODAY. THE CAKE DOESNT LOOK ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. ITS A BIRTHDAY CAKE FOR MY SONS BIRTHDAY PARTY. I BROUGHT IT TO THE YOUNG MANS ATTENTION HE TOLD ME THE DECORATORS DO THE CAKES ACCORDING TO THE PICTURE WHICH WAS HORRIBLE AND SAID ALL I CAN DO IS RETURN. MY SON BIRTHDAY PARTY IS AT 2:30 IN THE AFTERNOON AT HIS SCHOOL WHAT DO YOU EXPECT ME TO DO. MY FIRST INSTINCT WAS TO GO TO GIANT... WHICH I  NORMALLY DO BUT BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE MY SONS THEME AND BJS DID I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A TRY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SET MY EYES OR MY MONEY ON THEIR BAKERY. LETS PRAY IT TASTE GOOD.

Worst BJ's I've ever visited. Lost my card and was trying to get a replacement. There were an abundance of employees walking around texting and having personal conversations, including the young man at the supervisor desk. They were all too busy to even greet any of their customers. 

I was directed to the supervisor desk where a young man was busy texting. He glanced up at me and immediately returned to his text. 

I stated that I lost my card, he said nothing. I asked if I was at the right desk. He called for "Ms Marie", who ten minutes later still had not shown up. 

I told him they were clearly too busy to help me. I left my purchase at the register and left. He looked quite puzzled, as if this was common and I should expect to wait spend my money. 

Interestingly enough, a young lady who was in an aisle texting, never greeted me even though we made eye contact. A few minutes later she approached me several aisles away from where she first ignored me and had the gall to try and sell me some home improvement services. This place is a joke!!

Costco, here I come!
