We took my best friends dad to BJ’s brewery in Burbank for Veterans Day because we heard they were giving veterans a free meal today, which is absolutely true. We were greeted at the front door by Ignacio. He held the door open because pop is in a wheelchair , & escorted us to our table. Ignacio was a such a personable individual. Then our server, Ryan, took our orders & took great care of us. He was equally fabulous. The food was outstanding. I had the jalapeño cheeseburger which I highly recommend. All in all it was a great Veterans Day outing for dad & everybody thoroughly enjoyed their food. We can’t thank the guys enough for the wonderful experience they provided!!!

I really liked most of the food! We ordered a lot (seriously!) And the waiter was so polite. Always had drinks ready and has such a smile on his face. Will definitely come back! We got a bread bowl with clam chowder (AMAZING), deep dish pizza, club sandwich (I didn't like it), chopped salad, and sliders. Plus four mini pizookies. We Loved the regular and salted caramel. Did not like the triple chocolate (and neither did the table next to us). I do not recommend that one.

The place serves up some great food. The deep dish pizza was especially nice. The server was very polite and helpful. They also have a good range of beers. However, the place tends to get crowded really fast during dinner time - had a 1 hour wait time to get seating for 7 people without a reservation. So definitely make a reservation way ahead of time. Their pizookies are a must try.

Poor service... Last night we went to bjs in Burbank, it was nice no line, no waiting, our waiter was mark, nice cute guy talks fast and sounds excited, but it looked like he forgot us, we order some drinks, after drinks came we ordered the beginner appetizers which was a combo stuff, that took pretty long, then a different waiter brought the appetizer, we had no fork or napkin, our waiter told us he was going to get us some water but that didn't come until after we ordered our dinners, and we were almost done with dinner, then he suddenly showed up and asked if we want any dessert, I was still eating my dinner, 5 min later, he showed up with our check, we didn't ask for it yet, I was still eating, and by the check I mean just a peace of paper nothing else, so we didn't know where to put our cards, we look around, everyone else got theirs nicely in the little check holders, but ours was just the printed paper 📝, so what do you think, does he deserve a tip? 1- no fork, no napkin, no water, no check holder??

This is a big, loud sports bar, which is generally not my thing. But the food and beer were so great, I quickly forgot about the noise.
