Great service.  The waiter was awesome at explaining the menu options.  He was also very prompt.  The food is just like the other chicken chains in the SouthEast.  Although I believe this chain has more flavor choices than the others.  They also have a nice selection of Draft beer and a looong happy hour!!  It's hard to go wrong with cold beer, hot and sweet chicken, and the sporting event of your choice!!!

I do not recommend this place. The bill was pretty high for food in cheap containers. I would have done better at a concession stand.

It was horrible customer service I didn't see one waitress smile the vibe in there is not a good one. Took 20 minutes to get are drink order only got one refill waited another 45 minutes for our food and was really dry. The waitress dropped the check off and didn't come back around. My husband and I wanted to order beer and even though the service was probably one of the worst experiences was still going to leave a decent tip but decided to buy a beer (my husband walked up to the bar) to break the bill. I wanted my Money back but didn't even bother. They ruined one of my favorite places to eat because I will NEVER be going back there and I will recommend the same for others. Go spend your money somewhere else ! I have been a server and in customer service for 9 years everyone there should be fired and replaced.

Either your service is good or your going to eat your own foot. The only reason to eat here is because it is close to the best movie theater.

stars for consistency.  A little pricey but not unreasonable.  Our server on our most recent visit was excellent, as well.
