I am on crutches and need to sit in a booth because of my leg and I also had my mother and 1 year old daughter with me. So I also needed a high chair. They refused to pull a high chair up to the end of a booth. This absolutely absurd. I don't remember a restraint that I have been to that wouldn't do that. On top of the Olive Garden claims to be a family oriented restaurant but the won't cater to family's? How does that make sense?

Quick service, great food, good atmosphere. Got the unlimited pasta bowl and was definitely not disappointed! They told us it would be a 30 min wait and waited less than 10 min... Good experience overall

It's a standard typical American-Italian eatery complete with Dean Martin playing on the Hi-Fi and cheap Vino available.  The customer service is good and there can be a long wait at peak times of day.  This location is situated on top of steap hill, so you'll get a workout prior to eating your meal.  The food is American institutional with a bit of Italian inspiration mixed in.  If you are looking for a clean place to eat near the mall it's a good location, if you're looking for an Italian experience, try somewhere else.  If you are calorie and fat gram counting... bring a calculator because the totals are high for most menu entrees!

Parking is difficult, due to an intense slope. We need a handicap slot but all were filled, and stayed so through the lunch hour. Normally other parking works,at even with a wheel chair, but the sloping parking lot makes that difficult. The restaurant itself, on the other hand is excellent, good accessibility, good service, and good food, better than what I've experienced at other Olive Garden locations.

We went on Sunday mid afternoon. We were seated right away , our waiter was a little short at first but quickly warm up to us. The food was very good and the service was fast and accurate .
