Service has always been fantastic for me here. Annie and Cassie at the bar are perky and attentive. Sarah, Sam, Darryl, and any number of servers will take care of you here. The food and drink menus are extensive ajd I have yet to have a meal that wasn't cooked to perfection.

I love this place because I have family over a lot, and it has something for everyone. Burgers, Mexican, pasta, seafood, you name it! The menu is similar to cheese cake factory in size, sometimes it's hard to decide. They also have a great selection of beers brewed in house. A bit on the expensive side (way cheaper than cheesecake factory), but awesome.

My family and I have dined  in this restaurant many times without any issues always friendly ,food is good the pricing is fair & decent for the quality.
 Today they were extremely busy and we had the pleasure of meeting David Yuan the general manager  A credit to this restaurant chain. He came out to express and apologize why our meals were delayed , although we were in no hurry he treated us with the same respect one would get in a five-star restaurant . A lost art called "customer service"  my family and I will continue to patronize this restaurant as they have shown a genuine sense of care for their customers.  A personal thanks to DAVID for the courteous treatment we received .

Some of the bad reviews confuse me. I have always had excellent service and never had any issues with my food. Everything has always been prepared fresh, was hot, and tasted pretty good. 

I also think the pizookie deserts are pretty phenominal and worth getting.

In general I prefer Red Robbin (which is next door) but I wouldn't hesistate to come back.
