Service is OK. The food is very basic, and probably the blandest food I've had here. Fish blah. Gyro was blah. Lettuce roll appetizer was blah since they expect you to roll your own lettuce rolls. This place USED to get packed on weekends. Now looks empty since there are more choices since 2001. Y out want good Greek food consider tarpon springs

Pleasant staff, nice atmosphere, flavorful food. Gyros to go made incorrectly, but corrected quickly & in a pleasant way. Manager was on it as was staff - handled it well. I like their chopped salad, but it is wet - could use a few rounds in a salad spinner. If you eat it right away - no problem. But leftover it gets heavy & too soggy for my liking.

I went to Pappas Market Café yesterday and will never go back. The ordering was generic but lots of places have less than enthusiastic people. When the food was brought to our table, we had no silver ware to eat with. I went to the front counter were there must have been six to eight people working and stood there for about 4 minutes before anyone came over. I received several looks but it took a bit for someone to ask what I needed. Before leaving I went to the bathroom to wash up but quickly realized the bathroom was nasty. I avoided touching as much as I could but when I went to dry my hands there were no towels. I used my shirt. Here’s a question that goes through my mind. If the bathroom is so filthy, what else in the restaurant could be neglected? It wouldn’t be hard to create a scheduled time throughout the day to maintain and clean the bathroom. Not a place for me.

Prices were high. Staff standing around while I waited 25 minutes for a salad (to-go). Salad was good though. Should work on cleaning the place and raising standards for customer service.
