Staff and food is amazing here. I've probably eaten here 40-50 times over the past two years. We've recently moved 15 miles away and still make our way to eat at this Smokey Bones location. Hands down BEST wings (smoked) you can get for the money. Selection is great - they even have some healthier options that actually fill you up and taste great. Managers and staff ALWAYS check on you; any issues are resolved immediately. Bar has a great vibe as well, plenty of TVs at the bar only (not everywhere else like some places - I loathe trying to eat when there are TVs everywhere... so I appreciate the fact that the TVs are central to the bar area.) All-in-all, if you haven't tried Smokey Bones (or their wings), do it! You'll thank me later, I promise. ENJOY!

The floor was sticky, from the moment I walked in, all the way to the other side of the restaurant, to the bathroom, literally everywhere. I checked the bottom of my shoes thinking it was me, nope, just the floor. Gross. Our server, Sarah, was awesome, very attentive and friendly. Our food was room temp, and the sliced chicken and pulled pork I had was slightly cooler at room temp. I was expecting more, as this was my first visit and I was told many great things about this chain. But the food was nothing special, your better off going someplace that is local, mom and pop, kinda joint. We didn't complain, it took 30 minutes to get our food when there might have been 10 tables max? So we figured it wasn't worth it. Side note: Managers, please train staff to be more mindful of families with small children. When I asked for another plate so I could share my food with my daughter (who is 23 months, in a high chair), I was given a full size serving plate. Really?!?! And a set of adult silverware for her? Again, really?!?!? You have a to-go option so you must have plastic utensils you offer your guests? Maybe those would be more age appropriate for the little ones? Overall, not worth the money and we will not be back. Again, Sarah was awesome, and our poor experience had nothing to do with her.

Me and my parents were here last night. We got an app which was fried green tomatoes, you only got 5 for $10.95! That's like 2 bucks a slice! Wasn't worth it. Food was cold to warm. I had to use the restroom and I walked into the ladies room to the floor sticky and no toilet paper on the roll! Just a roll on the grab bars?! We won't be returning again. This just be a fabulous place when it first open now its gone down here and got expensive quickly.

Originally went to BJs for a quick bite, but we were soon turned away by the bartender who pointed my comrade and I to smokey bones, selling us on an epic yet mythical burger night that occurs every Wednesday. Much to our surprise, burger night did not exist, but an all-you-can-eat taco night would quickly suffice. Place is on point for a late night meal and drink. Brandon the bartender is awesome dude and knows his stuff

Amazing food and atmosphere. The staff is anyways friendly and helpful. They always make the best suggestions and provide reselect service.
