We live right around the corner from this Chili’s location and it’s one of our favorites. If you join their rewards or are part of the Plenti program, there are always deals. The wait staff is friendly and courteous and pay special attention to our 4 year old. We like to order their Grilled Chicken Salad from the lite menu (450 cal). The salad is one of the best anywhere, ingredients are always fresh! If you live in the area, you can’t go wrong here.

Food is definitely improved. The attitude is the staff is bad and that is not improved. An example: we needed some mayo and flagged down a staff member to ask for our server. The best thing she could have done is ask if she could help and just brought some mayo. It would have also been great if she had said, "Sure, I'll get him for you." What happened was completely different. She stopped, grunted at me, spoke unintelligibly into the micicrophone she wore, turned, and walked off. Rude but (I thought) effective. Our waiter appeared but went to another table then turned back. I had to get up and go after him--he had no idea we needed anything. That is the kind of treatment you too can expect here. Things like that happen consistently.

My service was enjoyable. I did not like how the waitress added sauce to our food we were packing up. Never happened before

here at 9 pm, not very busy. 3 people in our party, 2 ordered burgers and I ordered chicken tacos. burgers look good and were nice and warm, tacos cold and obviously sitting for most of the 30 minutes we waited. poor management, half hearted attempt to make it right....will definitely take this off the list of places to eat. also, now charge 5 dollars for salsa and chips.
