I have been going to BJ's for almost 3 years now. I always come in the shop without my husband and I have to stay in the shop to wait because of mine and my husband's conflicting work schedules. I know they will take care of me and do it in a timely manner. Car repair prices have always been reasonable and I can trust their work. Jeremy has great customer service and always talks me through what needs to be done and breakdown of prices.

This year for my car registration, they threw in a free safety inspection since it is no longer required. They also were willing to check out my transmission fluid for free to determine if it needed to be serviced. 

However, every time I leave, my driver floor mat is dirty. Every time. They never have put down anything to prevent that as I've seen at other places. Also, never let them change your air cab filter. With parts and labor, it cost $50, which came as a surprise to me because when I got it changed last year at Jiffy Lube, they had me run across the street to O'Riley's where the filter cost $17 and they did not charge me for any labor. 

But overall, I recommend them!

These guys are excellent. They always go the extra mile for us and their work is timely and incredible. We had a problem with the rebate manufacturer of the tires that we purchased and they called up the company and straightened out the problem. Talk about customer service. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Take your vehicle to these guys they won't let you down!

The employees here are knowledgeable, patient, and very pleasant to work with. They also do reliable work, and don't take forever to do it. New tires installed in an hour. They also don't try to sell you unnecessary items, but treat you with respect instead. Highly recommend!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Usually somewhat cheaper than other places.  I've been going there for about 5 years now

Don’t ever take your car here for safety & emissions they don’t even check out your car like there supposed to. Went there multiple times just got worse n worse reach time. Even went there for safety and emissions two days later had a blow out on the freeway hmm didn’t they say the tires were fine ??? This place is a bunch of crooks who are out to take peoples money. Oh and 1 month after you have the emissions done they delete your records permanently so there’s no proof you paid them anything after one month sounds like scammers to me every other place keeps the records. This place is disgusting that simple might as well go to jiffy lube way more reputable.
