Very, pleased with the professionalism in the service department!  Alex was very informative and easy to work with. He kept me posted on the progress of my vehicle, took care of me getting a rental and very passionate about getting me back in a safe and reliable car! As I looked through the review for Young Kia I was shocked not to see more of your most awesome salesmen there, Kyle and Josh. Back last June 2017, Kyle patiently worked with my wife and I and was able to get us into the right Sedona for our family. Then no less than a year later our second vehicle was in need of replacement and this time we worked with Josh and walked out with a fantastic Kia Optima! I have never been too impressed with Kia's, I decided to visit this dealership on the way up to work though and I might have changed my mind. Travis J. was absolutely wonderful as a sales person and would highly recommend him to anyone who goes there. I am 24 with a bit of a baby face so salesmen usually don't take me seriously when I am requesting to look at higher-end vehicles. Travis never questioned me and treated me fairly and kindly, I appreciated his service and loved the service I had when checking out the new Kia Stinger. I haven't made my decision on a vehicle yet but loved my experience there. Best I have had at a dealership yet.

I had my clutch replaced there and 6 months later it was damaged from the flywheel. They claim there was nothing wrong with it but obviously there was! There is nothing they will do about it and in fact the supervisor Chris avoided me for over a week when I was trying to get a hold of him! How does my clutch go from being under warranty to not? I don't just have over a grand to just throw at this money hungry company! I will never give you my service again! Nor will I recommend the service center to anyone! Worst service center around!

Where to start? Buying a new or used car can be scary, challenging, or just something new entirely. The team at Young Kia will guide you and help with every possible step in the buying process. I am so grateful and happy I made the decision to come to Young Kia. The experience with the Sales Team and how they interacted with not just me but others as well who came into the dealers was memorable. They wanted to help me get the car that I wanted. They listened, they worked hard on my behalf, and got me into a car I didn’t think would be possible. Plus, Kia has an AMAZING warranty on there vehicles. Kia’s warranty alone I think would sale their cars. But the service and people just make that purchase that much more memorable and made me a confident buyer. I want to give a special thanks to Josh, Travis, Boomer, and Jared. These guys went above and beyond with my car buying experience. I’m positive my next car purchase will be from Young Kia. I hope you do more than just read my review, if your in the market for a new/used car check out Young Kia in Layton. I know the experience I had is standard with all customers.
