I’ve gone to Young Buick GMC for both my cars, and I’ve had a fantastic experience both times. I have had crazy circumstances around both times I needed to buy but they were always extremely helpful. My Salesman Marcus Meadows is knowledgeable about all the vehicles and had great insight into my financing or lease options. I wouldn’t buy from anyone else after using him twice! If you want a quick and painless car buying experience definitely come here!

Have to buy brand new tires on my new car. All 4 tires were either rotting or leaking. Pretty concerning for a car with only 2000 miles on it. Should have bought that tire warranty i guess.... My takeaways from my experience are: Check the tires really carefully. I think they may take claimed warranty tires and just put them on their other cars or maybe they didn't have this car in their inventory long enough to really go over it. Either way, I would expect more. Second, make sure you go over their offer sheets. They work the numbers really hard but there is stuff on there that you don't have to purchase. The numbers never really add up either. I traded in a vehicle and paid $3,000 down and still somehow ended up financing sticker price... It was a big lesson learned. I wouldn't relive this experience nor could I honestly recommend the services offered at this dealership.

resnell · 2 seconds ago I will start out with the good. I had an excellent experience with my salesman Brian. He was very friendly and did not pressure me into purchasing the truck or any of the extras. He also did a great job explaining all the extras that Young offered. He did pull a few of the usual sales tricks to try to get me to purchase extras, but wasn't obnoxious about them. Second, the truck is fantastic, but I knew that these Tacoma's are great trucks and that is why I bought it. Overall, I was okay with my experience with Young when I left all the up to a few days ago when I received a letter of adverse action from Young Automotive. I was puzzled because I had arranged my own financing with my credit union and I told them several times, both Brian and two finance managers. I then checked my credit report and sure enough they pulled my credit. When I came in to pick up my plates I asked them about the credit pull and the finance manager gave several different explanations that did not make sense because I had arranged my own financing. He then went in back and came back with a copy of paperwork that he did not let me read and said that gives me the right to pull your credit. I told him that was in the paperwork with the purchase agreement that I had to sign and his response walking away was, "What, you don't read what you sign?" and went in his office. I will never do business with Young Automotive group, not even for an oil change

Luke is a top shelf guy and salesman. Willing to answer any and all questions/concerns. Process was quick and painless unlike other dealerships I visited. Prices were the best around. 5 stars given because they earned it!

Garbage managment! Salesmen was great, at first.... He found the truck I wanted and even held it back for me late that Saturday evening since I couldn’t get there before they closed. He hung a tag in the rear view mirror with my last name on it. I told him I would be there the moment they opened. Salesmen texts me 9:00 am Monday morning saying my truck is ready to go, and I head to the store. I pull up hoping to see my new truck there... it must be in the back. The salesmen quickly meets me at the front door and says “come on in, you are gonna like this truck.” I say “where is the Chevy?” And he tells me that it somehow was sold, but that he has a dodge I must see. I won’t TAKE a dodge, let alone drive one.... I wasn’t happy. I questioned where my truck went and he quickly gets the sale manager. This guy was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. He quickly ushered me outside and starts giving me an attitude. He was threatening and a flat out jerk. I will always remember that experience and will never give this place a chance again!
