The atmosphere was a little dim and not as welcoming for a party of 7, but it was still clean, neat, and interesting. The 16" pizzas could feed 3 people easily, and we ordered 4 different ones. They were each very unique and pretty tasty. The pepper and tomato pizza was incredible and sweet, their spicier pizzas were very fun to eat, and they had great drink options. A little busy, but we fit in easily with our reservation.

Changing my 5 star review to 3 stars. Have been going to this location about 1-2 times per week for years; when done right, Black Sheep makes a great and unique pizza. However, they must have had a lot of turnover recently, because we have had several negative experiences in a row. Multiple times they have been over 20 minutes behind on a pickup order of 1 small pizza. Also, got a pizza that was lacking cheese throughout about a quarter of it and eggplant dip that was not puréed as usual. Once new management and staff gets it together, will look forward to correcting this review back to 5 stars.

Honestly, I was really not that impressed with the pizza. The location is pretty good. Street parking at meters all around the building. I got a spot right away. I decided to do take out so I ordered and sat at the bar to wait for it. It was cool to be able to watch them make the pizza! You knew it was going to be super fresh! The atmosphere was cool and definitely could be a good date spot. It took about 20-30 min to get the pizza and I was out the door. The pizza to me was not worth the $15+ bill. I just wasn't very impressed with the taste. The pizza looked beautiful, but just wasn't all that great. I ate two slices and gave the rest to my roommate. I don't know if I just picked a not-that-great pizza or if all of them really aren't that awesome, but I could have gotten two cheaper, better tasting pizzas for the price of my one 12".

Friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Street parking at a meter. Variety of pizza choices. The night we were there it was "pot roast dinner" on a pizza. We chose a more traditional option of sausage and pepperoni. The pizza was good. Thin crust. Wood fired. Not handicap accessible.

Great unique pizzas, good location, good service, decent beer and wine list, the only thing is I wish it had more of a variety of crust! We went around 8:30pm on a Saturday night and got sat right away, wasn’t busy at all, and when we left we were the only ones... maybe just a slow night for them!
