Salesman Mike Sullivan is amazing. He has provided excellent service not only to me but to many of my friends, family, co workers, and church members. I am so thankful for him and Blackburn for their amazing service to the City of Vicksburg.

Very Rude service department. I was having trouble with my truck on a trip with a truck under warranty, but they wanted me to pay them for the repairs and then ask Dodge to reimburse me. I established a case with Dodge customer care and the "service advisor " Paul stated he would not talk to my case manager regarding this truck. He then said I would have to pay them for hooking my truck up to their computer. He was very ugly and I believe this dealership's service department is trying to con people out of money. I have dealt with many great dodge dealerships over the last 16 years of driving Dodge trucks and this is NOT one of them. Unless you like over paying for your truck repairs, do not use this dealership's service department.

Have bought two vehicles from them in the last year...salesmen were nice and helpful!  Watched out for us till the perfect vehicle came available...on one vehicle I was in Jackson and received a call about a new vehicle that had arrived late the day before and would be perfect for me...left Jackson to come and look...they were right! It was perfect for me and I signed the next day and drove away!

Blackburn body shop poor in customer service .after they repair may car .they wash it and let it dry in the sun .my car has some water mark on what they did 🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓🖓
