I brought my s60 to this location back in November 2016 for a check engine light diagnosis. They said that I needed a replacement part that had to be ordered, reset my CEL, and they would contact me to schedule an appointment when the part came in. The person who was helping me wasn't very helpful and to be honest, I left with more questions than answers.

I still had not heard back from them in January 2017. When I called back (the person I spoke with this time was much friendlier than the last), they couldn't even locate my service record. I then scheduled an appointment with All Star Volvo of Baton Rouge and have had no issues with them. The problem has been taken care of.

I am due for my 50k warranty-covered maintenance. I have been getting this done in Baton Rouge and no matter how long it takes then to perform this task, they provide me with a complementary loaner vehicle. They give me the option to use it for a week since it's a 3 hour trip and I travel for my job. I figured since I'm in South MS, I'd give Paul Moak Volvo another shot and cut my travel time by half. PMV does not provide a complementary loaner vehicle for anything except warranty repairs. It's about an hour and a half to two hours to PMV from where I live, so I'm just going to stick with All Star Volvo of Baton Rouge.

Very good service but the price of the part I was looking for was cheaper for me to order online then  to let them order from same place. 100% mark up .Get real

I had nothing but a positive experience with Paul Moak Volvo.  Edward "ET" Townsend went above and beyond to meet all of our needs.  We agreed to purchase a particular vehicle.  When we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, my wife noticed that it was missing a few options that she wanted.  ET quickly found us another car that had all the options she wanted.  I would definitely do business with them again.

Everyone is nice here, but service for volvo is expensive. Definitely get a second opinion if something is wrong with you car before settling on having it fixed there. I had a $1800 air problem at volvo of jackson and a $0 reset of the system at another mechanic to find out I had no air bag problem. My shifter was stuck and they charged around $450 to take it apart all the way and do exploratory "surgery" to find out what was wrong. They said the only thing wrong was "gunk" and fixed it. A week later, I had another mechanic checking out my car for a different reason and they found a leak in the shifting gears. How did volvo not find it if they took apart the whole thing? Use volvo of jackson as your last option unless you have money to burn/use on a second mechanic.
