Since my review was deleted I will put it very simple. I bought a Santa Fe 2 years old low miles seem to be a good vehicle found out that the car had been wrecked and was not disclosed to me. I have had a lot of vehicles but I have to say this vehicle bought at Wilson has by far been the worst. It seems every week something is wrong with it from switches to cracked rim to paint peeling to be being towed in the list goes on and on. To top it all off less than one year after purchase service tells me that my next scheduled maintenance will be 700 dollars or my extended warranty may be canceled....just don’t know what to do anymore I have a wife and 4yr old and I worry for there safety because I thought I bought a very dependable vehicle... one other thing was told I was second owner found out I was the third owner.... learn from me request a car fax and if buying used may want to get independent mechanic to check it out and also get maintenance records to make sure they are current so you will not have to pay big money for maintenance in less than a year

Wilson Dodge Kia is shady business ....I swear they do not value customers or keeping their word after a car is bought (not financed by them, but a CU) and can't get people to call you back.. Been dealing with this issue for a month - A MONTH ..all I need is to get a check, they already have made out to me for an overage paid on the car I bought ...y'all a month .Don't buy from here guys. I truly thought they were a respected car dealership-- it is is not my issue their employees keep leaving- customer service guys....it's just a simple thing needs resolve but nope..think it may be time get BBB and attorney general office involved .

I loved my experience with Wilson Auto Group. Shellie in the service department was very sweet and took great care of me.

Do not buy anything from here. Don't even get me started on their service department... they're super slow, nice folks but very slow. You can count on being without your vehicle for well over a week. I've never seen anything like it.

Do not buy a car here!!!!! The customer service is horrendous and when I finally did buy a car from them it broke down three months later! The mechanic I took it to said the alternator was completely rusted out and looked like it had been sitting in saltwater. The company took no responsibility whatsoever to satisfy their customer. I wouldn’t buy a car from them again if my life depended on it
