I think the hours are messed up. They should be open till 10 and stop moving times. I see a lot of business doing this in janesville and i think it is wrong. You're in business to serve ALL your customers not just your cronies. The area in general has a lot of odd behavior. It seems like a lot of extreme nationalism. Kids driving in circles with large Confederate flags utilizing gas guzzlers. And the city is stopping them at every intersection so they cause more pollution and potential harm. We now avoid stores here, it don't feel safe.

You can find just about everything here. The customer service is as friendly as it gets! I find the auto service center especially convenient I only wish they did more engine work but for the basics they are reliable and won't hassle you like some small shops.

Had a great experience picking up a few things for some DIY projects last night, and a young guy named Kade asked me if I needed help finding anything as he was sweeping the aisles. I told him what I was looking for and he dropped what he was doing and took me right to the last piece of my project - exactly what I needed. That's great customer service! This store has a very underrated selection of clothing in addition to a lot of the stuff you need for farm chores and home improvement!

We have always had excellent service here. The employees have always been very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!! This includes the service that we received on our car today.
