Overall friendly staff and clean store. I am disabled and it can be difficult to find a scooter depending on what time of day it is. The staff are really good, kind and helpful about letting you know when one becomes available and will let you drive it out to your car and help you with your items. It is very hard to get into the bathrooms with the scooters though so make sure you go before you get there. Phone communication has improved over the past year.

This store always has what I need. Clean, friendly, easy to get around. I really like the produce dept - set up nicely, fruit/veggies are fresh, great assortment.

They have cool toys and almost every toy I want and they have the best snacks there. Also the chicken is good too even thou when hey make a new batch it takes about 5 or 10 mins but that's fine with me.

Went in for a pair of winter gloves, the selection was non existent. I went down every aisle in the men's area... Only found work gloves. 90% of the hooks in that area were bare. This Janesville store continues to make things harder and harder to find. Constantly moving things around. End result, I will find winter gloves at their competition's store.

Did not have Arrowroot powder. Very disappointing, However Nate from Cap 2 was incredibly patient and helpful. Thank you so much Nate! You made the experience much easier
