Considering it's in a mall there isn't a big crowd there. The staff is friendly and the service is great! I use the pharmacy, prices are great! 😊

I try to shop my hometown stores when possible. Shopko is reliable and pretty fairly priced. Staff are helpful and friendly most of the time. Rarely get a bad customer service from floor employees. Sales are good and keep me returning for items that I'm able to wait for to go on reduced prices. Their return policy is convenient to the customer. You can order online and pick up at the store near you or get items shipped to your home. Senior discount day is once a month. This should change to a different time because all seniors do not get paid at the beginning of the month anymore. Seniors should be able to have a discount day of their choice.

Shopko can be pricey. Having the Shopko rewards card is great. You receive a coupon where if you spend $20.00 you get $10.00 off that takes money off of all your items and is really worth it. You also receive fliers in the mail with coupons.

This Shopko wins my award for best pharmacy and best eyecare center! However, it has possibly the worst electronics section I've ever seen. Everything else is pretty great though. Good clothes, food, toys, etc. sections.
