Our car broke down just outside Grayson and we needed a tow. I called Bledsoe's and they said that they would have someone out in 30 minutes. A gentleman named DJ showed up in less than 15 minutes and had us back at the shop in no time. I spoke with Barry about the flattened/torn radiator hose I had seen and he diagnosed it right away as a thermostat issue. Mr. Bledsoe was very friendly and honest. When I asked about an estimate he said that he would have us out the door under $200 and he did. I value integrity and it is refreshing to know that there are people out there that will help strangers in a time of need. The entire shop had a friendly and welcoming vibe. The receptionists was wonderful and joked with us as we waited. As far as car breakdowns go it doesn't get much better than this because they had us back on the road and heading to our destination in under 3 hours. We really appreciate everyone's help and definitely recommend them for all of your towing and vehicle needs.

West Va resident On a boating trip to Cave Run Lake.  Broke down with fuel pump on a Friday evening at 4pm.  They had unbelievable service and got us up and running by 6.  Owner was friendly and worked his rear off.  5 star and would recommend to everyone.
