Disappointed!I had bought  a $500 package for 5 facials and did only 2. It did not have any expiration dates so I came back after a year to get my facials and they did not honor my requests. They said they only did massages abd not facials. I remember that place was the same. Fraud alert.

I have called several times in the past four months to make an appointment.  They have been unable to get me in.  I have called everyday for the past week leaving messages, or being told I'll be call back.  I have yet to receive a phone call to make an appointment. I spent money on Groupon for this, and am out $50+ because I can't get an appointment or callback for one.  It expired next week.  I'm reporting them to the BBB for taking my money and not giving me services.

I love getting massages at Bliss Spa (make sure you contact the Bliss spa that does massages and reflex NOT the Bliss place next door that does nails and eyelashes).  They are professional, relaxing and extremely reasonable.  I have had a dozen massages there and have never had a bad one (I especially recommend the table hot rock full body).

My wife purchased a GROUPON for "Full Set Mink Lashes" for $75, which was one option, as they also offered "Full Set Synthetic Lashes" for $49. When my wife returned home she mentioned that they had obviously given her the SYNTHETIC instead of the MINK, as the lashes were "crunchy", and having had this procedure done multiple times prior elsewhere, knows the difference. Today she went in to BLISS SPA to speak with them about it and they replied that "nobody does all mink anymore, it is a combination of synthetic & mink", which is absolutely false. When my wife persisted, pointing out the GRPUPON ad and copy stipulated two different deals at two different prices, the woman shrugged and told her "take it up with GROUPON". Obviously, this is a scam intended for first time lash extension purchasers unfamiliar with the difference. Beware, BLISS SPA in Issaquah has low ethics and is deceitful.

I have been to different Chinese Foot Massages at Bellevue many times. Most of them are hit and miss. 

I noticed this place long ago because I go to the gym weekly right next door. Trying them for the 1st time today. 

Lily was warm and friendly, her Massage skill was above average. Much better than some guys with rough hands that felt like sand-paper.

They played some old fashioned Chinese music, some of them are mix of high pitched 二胡曲 which it's hard to relax listening to them. Would be better if they play some simple soft spa music which is what most people like. 

Also the restroom is near by, once a while someone will slam the door while the whole place was nice and quiet. Maybe they can put a sign up and ask people close the door quietly (common sense)!
