Most of people work at a nice spa usually know it's common sense to always close the door QUIETLY, especially when someone is in session! 

Not here! There were many door slammed when I was there on 11/22nd between 11:00 ~ 12:30, and a few of them were very loud! People/employees were chatting away in the waiting area which was right in the middle of the spa. 

I saw one Asian employee pushing a lamp into a room with many loud banging sound when I was leaving. Clearly she's mad about something. I don't care what her problem was, but she certainly helped me make up my mind to stay away from this spa for a long time!

Would not recommend.  No guarantees that hair will not come back even after three treatments.  I went for 4 but when they would not honor my follow up treatment on the last one it made me realize that the hair will never be gone and they want you to continue paying for full treatments.  I believe it would be a never ending expense.  I was gone on a family emergency taking care of my 89 year old mom and they said I was gone too long between the treatment and the follow-up.  Waste of money

Joanne is the best! She does an amazing job with my brow tattooing! I am an Esthetician and she is the only one I trust with my eyebrows! I receive compliments on them all the time. I will always come back! I can't begin to explain the confidence I feel thanks to Joanne! ❤️

Do you want to feel better about your skin? I sure did! After years of dealing with sensitive skin and rosacea on my face, I finally found relief by getting facials with Sepi at Pelage Spa in Issaquah, WA. Her facials are rejuvenating and there was a noticeable difference in my skin immediately after my first one. Sepi is such a nice person, and her technique is the best I’ve ever had. I no longer have to use foundations on my skin to cover up my condition - I just apply a moisturizer and a sunblock and I’m done! Whatever your skin challenges are, I highly recommend Sepi and I’m confident she can help you correct them.

They really helped me with laser hair removal.  I was quite reluctant to go to a spa but it turned out to be a good idea.
