Watch out for FRAUD! Today I called InSpa to arrange to pre-pay for services for my wife and sister in laws who were visiting from out of town.  They don't have a way to prepay by phone but assured me I could go in and prepay in person and they would hold it as a gift card which would apply to the service.  Two hours later I had to call and cancel ( I first tried to reschedule for the next day but they would not accommodate us  and asked them to just void my charge because my wife and in-laws were still out of town and would not make the appointment.  They refused. They would not even let me speak with the manager when I asked.  The receptionist called me back to tell me that it was their policy not to refund prepaid services and we would just have to hold onto the gift card.  This was to be a treat for out of town visitors that turned into a nightmare.  They took my money and we got nothing in return.  There are far too many salons who take care of their clients and don't try to take advantage of circumstances to take your money.  Stay away from InSpa.
