I actually placed an order at 6:45AM this morning online, this place doesn't even open until 8:00AM. Nonetheless they had my order prepared beautifully and delivered by 11:30AM! The roses looked great and the price was adequate and affordable. The only flaw was that I actually ordered pink roses and they prepared red roses, which was not a big deal at all as they still looked great! I definitely recommend this place for all your floral needs!

These ladies always come through for me no matter the occasion.  There flowers and arrangements are exquisite.  There suggestions are second to none.  Thank you very much for always delivering the perfect gifts to my wife.

Russ and his team are amazing. I threw several events at them at once, with particular needs and changes along the way… and they came through with flying colors. All of the arrangements were beautiful! (I just wish I had taken better pictures)

I was really excited to use this florist for my wedding because I had heard such great things about them! We ordered my bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and a greenery crown for me to wear with my veil.

During our meeting I was very specific about what I wanted for my greenery crown: dainty and small, not too much. What I received was basically a Christmas wreath fit for hanging on a door. I'm not very nit-picky, but this was REALLY not what I asked for. My bridesmaids and I attempted to trim the crown, but it was still huge, and I didn't feel comfortable wearing it for my wedding even though it was $50. 

When I called to request a refund, Russ answered. He was understanding at first but quickly turned very condescending and rude. By the end of our argument, he finally conceded to give me a refund if I brought it back that day. However, it was my WEDDING DAY and my party and I were 45 minutes away from the shop. He refused to refund me unless I brought it back that day.

I would've been glad to overlook the greenery crown if I was treated with respect. And frankly, after ordering hundreds of dollars worth of flowers from this shop, I was disappointed by the customer service I received and the refusal to refund a product that was not requested. 

In the end, I did not wear the crown, but my flowers were beautiful. From what I can see, Russ will most likely comment on this negative review, but believe me when I say, I would not have taken time to write this review if I was not VERY dissapointed with the way this owner treated a paying customer.

The bouquet of flowers my staff and I ordered were beautiful, don't get me wrong... the price is what just made my mouth drop with disappointment! I ordered a "medium, Bright & Cheery" bouquet and request a special flower be added to that. They told me not a problem! 

I got it the next day.. so small and didn't have the flower I specifically asked for in it. I spend $78...$78!!! for this arrangement. I should have gotten what I wanted! Won't be using them again just because of the price.
