This business is constantly closed.  I have stopped by on 3 different occasions to attempt to pick up an arrangement for my daughter and each time it's closed even though the hours listed say it should be open. Today there is at least a paper taped up but it's extremely unprofessional.  How can any business expect to operate successfully when they just close up whenever they feel like it?  I'll be taking my business elsewhere since Sugar lily is so unreliable.

The hours listed here are not accurate. I have driven by on multiple occasions over the last few months. 90% of the time they are closed!!!
Finally I caught them open and went in. 

First of all the staff never greeted me. I was the only one there. 
Second the selection was rough, nearly everything was dying or wilted. 
Finally, I purchased an arrangement from this establishment to surprise my wife. It died in three days. After paying that much I would've expected them to last longer.

They do not have the customer first in their business model. They do not have friendly or competent staff. I will not recommend them to anyone even if they were open long enough during a normal business day to commence with business. 

In short, stay away from here. I've seen better arrangements for less than half the price at Wal-Mart.

***UPDATE*** Yet again, tried to go by the store to meet with the owner at a little after 2 today.  Guess what?  Store was closed again.  Additionally when I try to reply to the email that was sent to me from them to reply to the owner's feedback, the link is broken.  Hard to try to verify the purchase is valid when you can't even be at the store to meet and greet with the customers and address their concerns.  

As previously stated,  the hours advertised are not adhered to.  The owner clearly does not care about the customer satisfaction or there would not be the constant disregard for the customer's desires or concerns.  Take ownership of your site and take ownership of your business.

***UPDATE 2-27***
Went by again just in the hopes of meeting the owner and getting this issue resolved. As usual, there was no one there at around 3pm. I am done trying to work through this with the owner.

VERY impressed with SugarLily Floral Designs. I work at a flower shop in Salem, SD and needed to call in a sympathy arrangement for my customer. I tried calling 8 different shops before I found SugarLily who was willing to take on my order. My customer had a large budget for fear of making something "too small" so I told SugarLily to make it "big and beautiful" and they delivered. It was SO beautiful. The staff was super nice and wonderful to work with. As a florist - I HIGHLY recommend SugarLily Floral Designs - they do beautiful work and take care of their customers :) Thanks Again :)
