Ordered online through their website.  The next day I received a message to call them.  I was told that even though they had received my order and payment, that I would not receive what I ordered unless I paid extra for the "upgrade" I had requested.  I explained that the website had already billed me the extra amount at the time of purchase.  I was told it did not matter, and they refused to fill the order.  The lady I spoke to on the phone acknowledged that she could see the upgrade and the payment, but there was a lady in the background barking orders at her to tell me I would not get what I had paid for unless I paid even more.  At one point, the person on the phone even told the lady in the background that she was confused as it did not make any sense to her either since she could see what I had ordered and paid for.  I reiterated that I had already paid for the purchase, and I was told too bad, I should not have ordered through their website.

This couldn't have been easier! I sent Pinterest pictures of beautifully "undone" woodland bouquets. My florist checked on availability and informed me that many of the flowers in the picture were quite expensive and out of season. I trusted her because of reviews from friends and family and asked her about which flowers could give the same effect- like a droopy flower here.. a pop of color there... and some untamed greenery with the softness of lambs ear. She wowed me with a gorgeous woodland bouquet that was perfect!!

Also, I had bought AND KILLED all my succulents for my centerpieces! (UGH!) So, she found me affordable large succulents 2 weeks before, despite that they were going out of season and had those delivered with my flowers!

Great experience! Will return to Fridays.

Just wanted to say thank you for the beautiful Easter lily and Easter basket full of goodies that was delivered to 1099 Beav O Rama Rd today. They were both well done and we enjoyed them very much. Also, wanted to compliment the lovely delivery driver. So sweet and you could tell how much he loved his job. A big thank you Fridays! Jessica

I totally forgot about my Mom's bday until late in the afternoon. I quickly called Friday's Flowers and Gifts, and spoke to Vicki. She understood my delima, and quickly made a beautiful flower arrangement, with my mom's favorite flower, Hydrangea. They got it delivered shortly after we spoke, and my mom was so happy! So was I!
