Went to this car wash on Saturday came out and the taillight On my Escalade was completely gone called them said they didn’t find any pieces that bull we are talking the factory taillight at the top of the lift gate don’t go here pay for 18 dollar car wash ended up with a 200 repair

Guy guiding me in was rude. Rear of mini-van was not cleaned with areas of dust, dirt and spotting. Side panels and windows were spotted. Won't go back.

Paid $18 for a car wash, car wasn't clean especially the top and wheels.  This car is rarely driven and was not by any means filthy, it was more like dusty. Went back and they very reluctantly ran it through again.  Car still wasn't clean.  I was told it was because the car was too dirty and should have been washed more often because the clear coat was locking the dirt in.  I guess this means that they just admitted their car wash doesn't completely clean the car prior to clear coat being applied or that somehow the dirt magically creeps under the clear coat?  They must think I am stupid!  I will never go this place of business again.  Took car to manual car wash and lo and behold car is now clean!  What a rip off!!

I use the manual stalls as well as the drive thru.  Convenient location. Nice and clean :)

Vacuum didnt work again for about the 10th time in 3 years that I have lived nearby. Hit or miss whether they work at all or not very well everytime I go. I would rather drive further for machines that work better regularly.  Also, car wash was fine, but expensive for what you get. There is a comparable place off County Line Rd near Greenwood Park Mall that completely vacuums your car, washes your window and hand dries your vehicle for the same rate.
