While the employees are friendly this has got to be the slowest bank I've ever dealt with. 
If you don't  mind waiting forever to make your transactions this is the bank for You!

Long story short, my account went negative on Thursday, I deposited a check on Friday and was back in the positive and on Monday i was charged a overdraft fee. The bank manager couldn't wave it because I already had one waved 6 months ago. 

My account  went negative due to my mistake im not denying that, but to choose policy over your customers, even though I brought my account back to positive, I've had enough.

Being charged an overdraft fee for one day in the negative is ridiculous, what's even more ridiculous is that even though I brought my account back to the positive the next day, the policy was chosen over me. 

I closed my account that day and opened an account with simple bank since they dont charge overdraft fees. I would rather my card be declined than owe anymore fees.
