First time here with a friend and horrified. The nurse is great. The Dr is a joke. If you can go anywhere else, do so. You will not be taken care of here. I'm surprised the hospital hasn't been shut down and a major lawsuit filed. One of these days they are gonna send the wrong person home cuz they didn't do their job and that person is gonna die. Not on my watch. So mad right now!

If you can make the drive to another hospital do it. This place is so bad. The food is disgusting. We had one decent nurse. At least one doctor seems only interested in generating revenue by ordering unnecessary tests. Staying here was a horrible experience I never want to repeat. I've had hospital stays in other towns that were enjoyable, this place was miserable.

I gave birth at this hospital recently and it was a wonderful experience. I was in the hospital longer than usual and the staff was so kind and courteous to me and my family. They took such great care of us. Anyone who says that this hospital isn't good really needs to experience it like I did!

Crappy service! Can't get schedule correct! Can't even set a broken none! Couldn't diagnose them selves out of a paper bag! Very unprofessional Service! Worthless! Not even slightly worth the money this community pays for it! Can't get a prescription sent to the pharmacy if their own life depended on it! Only cares about their bottom line! Can't use their equipment half the time because of weather? Seriously how much are they getting fix the Damn Roof already! Can't wait for the day they get bought out and replaced with a Professional hospital with professional services! Can't handle basic illness! If your life is on the line walk to bend or burns because your odds of surviving the walk are far better than your odds of getting any kind of adequate Diagnosis or service from Blue Mountain Hospital in John Day Oregon ! (Death Sentence)

They gave good treatment and care for me while I was visiting Oregon. They even checked with the local pharmacy if they were going to be open on Sunday.
