Absolutely phenomenal dining experience. Quality, service, and consistency are the hallmarks of Blue Point. Our server Lisa provided a perfectly timed meal with no detail left to chance. Lisa has a strong command of the wine selection as well as the menu. She anticipates every need. We request her when making reservations. The entire service team works in concert. Every time we’ve dined there the GM has been overseeing the front operations, ensuring every detail is attended to and greeting customers. This is not only a great dining experience but also a great example of a highly integrated team. I highly recommend Blue Point!

Nice ambiance. Food was fairly good. The calamari would have been good...however, it was rather greasy and was not fried hard enough for my taste. The sweet and sour sauce served with it was rather "strange" and it opened my nose (literally). The other sauce was "okay" ...but it looked really weird. The crab cakes were really good...but, the roasted potatoes served with them were VERY dry. My guest really enjoyed their lobster bisque and salmon. I am a foodie and I enjoy doing reviews. I would rate this restaurant a 3.5. It definitely has potential...just need a little "quality contol".

I went there on a Sunday night and had a great experience at Blue Point. Pros include great quality, great atmosphere, amazing service, amazing smilling Waiters, amazing valet parking service, amazing receptionist Our waiter was Kim and she did a great job recommending certain dishes and explaining contents. She was able to accommodate our requests because we have food restrictions. Quality of food is high, it is apparent that they maintain high standards and care about their reputation. we tried the crab cake, mixed greens, surf and turf, and Nags Head Grouper. The place is a little expensive, but it's on the expense of the quality of food. Would definitely visit again !

Been here several times. Lisa was our waitress every time and we wouldn't have it any other way. She has a wonderful personality and answers all of our questions in detail. We always order oysters on the half shell along with the surf and turf. Never had better, anywhere! From the scallops, steak and lobster, everything is cooked toonpwrfection and served in a timely manner. I can't wait for our next visit!

Enjoyed our meal here last evening. Melissa was our server and she could not have been more personable. The forest mushroom appetizer was absolutely delicious, and the Alaskan crab legs special was just that. Also had filet Oscar, and it would have been better had it arrived rare as ordered, but it was tasty nonetheless. We'll definitely go back if we are in Cleveland again.
