My husband surprised me for my birthday. Drove all the way from Pittsburgh to Cleveland just to go to this restaurant...and it was worth it. The service is impeccable and the food amazing. That is right, I love the Trailer Park Taco (fried chicken strips) trashed (with Cheese). This place is busy, because it is good. Once you have been here, you will come back too. Also try the Queso and chips, a little on the hot side. Yum...

We met some friends here and it was a good choice for having a long time for conversation without being rushed. We thought the ambiance at L'Albatross was just ok: Hard, plastic chairs, minimalist decor, VERY cramped and close to other diners, but everything else was quite good to exceptional--esp the service. My homemade fettuccine was a bit too al dente, but the broth was exquisite and the dish was fresh and hot--veggies wonderfully prepared. The mixed green salad was pretty

Hands down my favorite downtown restaurant. Small intimate venue, great staff, and phenomenal food. Highly recommended. I come here as often as I can.
