Blue Rooster Food Company is an all new lunch, late night, and catering company located in the heart of the Old Port in Portland, ME. We serve all house made foods primarily from locally vendors. Local favorites include the Charlie Noble, a brined and roasted turkey sandwich with Provolone, brussel sprout slaw, and horseradish mayo and the original Tot-tine! (tater tots, cheese curds and gravy!). Fried brussels sprouts with sweet chili sauce and crumbled queso fresco is a local staple along with our famous 1/3 pound chocolate chocolate chip brownies!
