I have been incredibly pleased with Blue Sky...the staff are wonderful,  my clothing is always meticulously cleaned and their use of non-toxic cleaning procedures is perfect! Thank you for being so responsible, professional and courteous.

A+ in every way!  Fabulous Experience! 
 Customer service is great and clothes are clean and fresh, of course free of the chemical smell like I used to get with my old dry cleaner.

Extremely expensive, refused to clean one of my dresses because it was too delicate, and it took almost a week to return my clothes when they originally said it was one day. There's no form of management to complain to - overall extremely unprofessional.

Absolutely the worst dry cleaning experience ever. My clothes came back stained, it took a week to get my clothes back, and the kid that works at this location has the worst attitude. I waited for over ten minutes in the lobby full of customers until he finally showed up, only to receive further attitude from him when I expressed my frustration that no one was there. Never going back.

Is there a way to provide zero stars?
Company as far as customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced. How bad are you asking? Bad enough where I had to create a Google account to share my experience. 
Recently moved to the Greater Seattle area for a promising new sales position with a high-line brand. Providing a genuine and positive experience is critical in any service industry. Blue Sky Cleaners lost a custom tailored, hand made pair of paints from a two-piece suit. I followed up with my residence, who provides a convenient pickup and delivery service, if the items were misplaced as the staff at Blue Sky Cleaners assured me that they never received such pants. My residence went to such great lengths as to contact each and every resident who uses Blue Sky Cleaners to eliminate any possibility of receiving items that were not their own. Blue Sky Cleaners claimed for 30 days, that's an entire month for those of you tallying up the days, that they had no whereabouts or any real need to try and resolve my concerns. After constantly contacting the same person again, and again with all forms of communication a resolution was presented. "The entire time we were looking for a pair of grey dress pants, but clearly your pants are made from a custom khaki with sheen or silk in the fabric. Well, we found em they will be back to you by the end of the week. We aren't charging you anything and we cleaned em free of charge." Multiple staff members were informed of the exact color specifications, even down to the custom lettering hand-stitched insignia into the inner pant leg. Yet, finger pointing, improper procedures and false accusations made by Blue Sky Cleaners never resolved this issue. My persistence and explanations of how insensitive their lack of follow through was what provoked this resolution along with the friendly staff at my residence(Broadstone Infinity). If you are looking for a dry cleaners with zero reliability and a quick finger to point blame onto someone else other than themselves, pick Blue Sky Cleaners. Worst customer service experience I have ever encountered.
