Very please with their service so far. I ordered uniforms for my department and brought them to John for hemming. My group over estimated the length they needed and John and was gracious enough to redo the job free of charge as a first time courtesy. Good quality work. Will recommend in the future. They also do dry cleaning.

I've been going to John for six months now, about the time he moved across the street to his new location. I mainly get my dress shirts pressed (two days or less of turnaround), which has been the most affordable I've seen downtown. I've also had him dart a few of my shirts and hem a suit jacket's sleeves. In every case I've been pleasantly surprised with the result. After speaking with him several times I found out he went to school overseas to be a clothing designer but for whatever reason ended up doing this. With that said, his expertise is reflected in his work. In addition, he's one of the nicest guys I've met in the industry. Very soft-spoken and inviting. With his move to, possibly the nicest condo building in town, 1521 2nd I found out the residences advocated for him when the building across the street pushed him out of his previous space. I'm glad they did because I plan to continue using John for my dry cleaning and tailoring as long as I live downtown.
