Today was my first experience at Dr. Timm’s office.   Overall experience and friendliness of the staff are the two aspects of any  establishment that is important to me.  Dr. Timm’s  Office exceeded my expectations.  When I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. It smelled and looked clean ( it smelled like home ( freshly lit  candles)  not sanitation products that you would smell an average dentist. There were comfortable chairs, and the overall decor made me feel at home.  The lighting was perfect for such a setting .   I also noticed that there were several charging stations placed throughout the building just in case you can’t get through your day without a little extra juice! I thought that was extremely thoughtful. The receptionist (Kristina)immediately greeted me and was so sweet and welcoming. I only had to wait about five seconds before my hygienist came to get me. She (Lenora) did everything that I like professionals in the field to do. She greeted me with a smile and a handshake told me her name and that she would be taking care of me. She directed me back to her chair and was very accommodating on where to put my items.  The view from the dental chair looks intriguing, especially if it was summer. There seem to be a nice brick waterfall out there with lots of landscaping. She walk me step-by-step through what she was going to do. In my opinion, clear communication is so valuable. She succeeded at all levels. She did a great, thorough job, which is really important when you’re going in for medical service. Dr. Timm was so down to earth and pleasant! He took the time to have small talk with me and even shared a few laughs. The overall atmosphere was pretty amazing.  It was apparent that all of the staff enjoy their jobs and really liked to be there. I really love how there was  winter decor throughout the entire building.  There is nothing worse, in my opinion, to go to a dentist where the environment is cold and sterile. This atmosphere would make even the most anxious person feel comfortable. While I was there, I did need to use the restroom. What a pleasant surprise! They have everything that you may need a little extra in there, including nice lotions and body sprays! I give then an A+ for overall experience! From the professionalism, the friendliness of the staff, and the environment I am so glad that I came here! !

My son and I have never been to such a wonderful dentist! The views from the dental chairs are amazing, the waiting room is cozy and comfortable, and all of the staff is phenomenal; informative, helpful, and compassionate to our needs and concerns. I was quick to make appointments for the whole family! 100%, every time recommend Dr. Timm and his staff!!!

I would NOT recommend this dentistry! My family started here 2 years ago. My own first appointment I was told I would need a gum cleaning before anything was fixed. I found a new dentist to fix my major concerns before extra cash was spent. My boyfriend has continued to come here and has received bills for some visits he had paid cash for while at the appointment. To top it off, my 5 year old was in for a cavity filling and, while he was reasonably temperamental about it, the Dr. was very short with him. He was almost to the point of being rude with my son and myself. 3 strikes, your out!

Dr. Timm and his staff are always very friendly and professional.  Every effort was made to assure I was comfortable.  Great care is taken to let me know what procedure they are doing and why.  Questions are encouraged.  And as a bonus - the view is beautiful and relaxing!
