Thank you one million times for seeing Lulu and treating her quickly. Thank you to Dr. Hicks (Neurologist) and his assistant Jenna for offering to see her same day and getting the diagnosis of meningitis right away so we could start treatment. The doctors were friendly and knowledgeable and the service was quick. The facility is clean and  my Boxer is already starting to feel better. They were patient with the fact that Lulu s dog and male reactive and I felt like they really cared about her and her well being. The visit was pricey, but that is why we have pet insurance so cost isn't a factor that we have to consider when treating. The reception team is fast, friendly, and seemed to genuinely love pets.

Amazing and caring staff! Very upfront and honest with treatment! Went above and beyond! When we called at midnight, after are pup had a seizure from eating sugar-free gum, they were waiting for us as we walked in and rushed him right back! They knew exactly what to do! So professional and caring. Saved our pups life! Thank you to everyone who helped with Turk’s recovery! You all are amazing!👏🏻

I brought my senior cat in to them about 5:30 AM on a Sunday because she was scaring me by how she was behaving. I didn't want to put her in any peril by not acting when I did. The superb Technicians and Dr. Thorp were friendly, immediately attentive, very efficient, compassionate, described their process in detail, and provided absolutely Stellar Customer Service. They diagnosed and mitigated the problem in a very timely manner, and prescribed appropriate medication to prevent a recurrence. I have never been treated so Fairly and received such Efficient Service from any Hospital like this in my life. I would give them 10-Stars if I could, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs emergent veterinary  service. Exceptional job tonight Team. Thank You!!

Incredibly professional. Our dog had a seizure so we took him in. They had a tech out to check our dog within five minutes. Pricing for bloodwork and radiology was very reasonable. I walked in prepared to depend $1000 and barely spent over half of that. The front desk staff are very friendly and the doctor herself was the definition of professionalism. The entire facility was very clean and organized. These people care about animals.

My cat has become a "frequent flier" of Blue Pearl due to some ongoing health issues and his seeming desire to become symptomatic an hour prior or an hour after my regular vet is open.  He's a complete scaredy-cat and can be a bit of a jerk, but they are always so sweet to him and very complimentary.  The staff is very good about listening to my concerns and explaining the options and allowing me to make the decisions for my cat. I've been very pleased with each of my visits and the service and care we've received. 
After reading several other reviews, please understand before you bring your pet here that they are an emergency & specialty clinic, so they are going to be more expensive than a regular vet, and you may have to wait a while because they deal with quite a few life & death situations.  Bring a book, bring your patience.  The care your pet will receive is worth the cost (which is actually significantly less than other emergency options in the area) and the wait.
