Great first experience! We took out two dogs here for their shots and we're impressed with the following: Reception staff were all personable & professional. Good sized waiting room. Prices can't be beat. LOVED Dr. Ames. I woul not hesitate to recommend Value Pet Clinic to anyone. Very budget friendly, easy to get in and out of the parking lot/facility. I felt very comfortable from time we walked in until we left.

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes for shots. They weren’t busy and I couldn’t understand why I waited so long. Worst service I’ve ever had! If you love your pets don’t bring them here. They deserve much better service and love.

Watched people coming after me and go in before me. My dog had a possible bladder infection and instead of just having me attempt antibiotics first they suggested I go through a whole lot of tests. When I just tried to pay my office visit to leave because I didn't have that type of money they called me back again to say if we wanted to try to just antibiotics we could.
